Do you work in all weather?

We work all year round, and will endeavour to get to every job on the day we have booked a slot for you. However, there are certain situations where we can't work, not because we don't want to, but because we simply can't. For example, we can't cut lawns when the grass is too wet, however, there are other jobs we can still do such as pruning and weeding. If we can't make it out, we will always try to book you into the next available slot to keep your garden tidy.

What Qualifications do you have and are you insured?

We have QLS Level 3 in advanced horticulture and are working towards our RHS qualification this year. We also have full public liability insurance, so you can rest at ease that if anything unfortunate should happen we are covered.

What makes you different from other local gardeners?

We like to thing of ourselves as old-school gardeners. The sort you would see on Downton Abbey or Bridgerton, yet with more modern tools. To us a gardener isn't a gardener without plant knowledge or a keen eye for detail. Yes, you can hire 'Joe Bloggs' with a Facebook page, however, are they insured? Do they know any of the plants in your garden and how treat them properly? A real business has a website, their own tools, their own insurance, a proper invoicing system. This is what helps us stand head and shoulders above other local gardeners in Stamford and Rutland.
